Bedding, linen, towels and kitchen towels are included, as well as dish detergent, toilet paper and soap.

A deposit of 25% of the booking amount is required within 5 workdays after the receive of the booking confirmation to guarantee the reservation. Deposits can be made via bank transfer.
Cancellations  shall be made in writing and with the exception of non-cancellable packages, the T&C of the Austrian Hotel Industry are applicable:  T&C_englisch
